Mews Parking Regulations

  • A Parking Permit will only be issued for a vehicle/s parked outside your own residence provided that no obstruction is caused to neighbours.
  • Parking Permits are issued to registered property owners upon request as a concession and can be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.
  • Any commercial vehicle which requires entry to the Mews must notify Grosvenor for access.
  • You may not transfer your rights under this permit or allow any other person to use this space, except another member of your family or a guest.
  • Only contractors such as roofers / scaffolders and removal vehicles are permitted to park within the mews whilst work is being undertaken, subject to the maximum axle weight – 5 tonnes per axle and prior agreement with Grosvenor.
  • Emergency service providers are exempt from the above restrictions.
  • You must park within your allotted space.
  • No skips are allowed in the Mews unless behind a hoarding or within the building curtilage and conforms with the weight limit applied. Skip lorries are allowed to wait for instant loading and removal.
  • Portaloos, generators, compressors etc. are not allowed on the Mews surface unless behind an approved hoarding.
  • Parking outside a scaffold or hoarding is not allowed.
  • No washing of vehicles or equipment within the mews.
  • No works or machinery on the Mews surface without Grosvenor’s consent.
  • You must not obstruct the mews or access to it, nor erect any signs, notices, bollards or cones to mark your space.

The interpretation and enforcement of these rules is “at the sole discretion Grosvenor”.
